STAFF RULES
**** Note: Staff Need To Fallow The Normal Rules As Well. If Cought Breaking The Rules The Disaplinary
Acctions Will Be The Same As The Hotel Users.(Only It Includes A Demotion)****
You are hired to Moderate people's behavior and Acctions but sometimes MODs abuse their power and its
their word against the player. In order to keep yourself from having disaplinary acctions for abuse fallow these rules!
ALWAYS - give warnings 1st (3 warnings before first ban)
ALWAYS - take and save screen-shots
ALWAYS - give a good reason and sign your name if you ban
1.) Any staff caught abusing their powers
-1st Offense - Warning
-2nd Offense - Suspension (loss of badge and powers for 2 weeks)
-3rd Offense - you will demoted to VIP Or Hc Depending on severity
2.) Any staff who gives out their password
- The staff account will be demoted to norm user (permanently banned if it was hacked [Must show proof])
- Your items, including badge and credits will not be transferred to another account (Under speicial cercustance's this may have an eception).
- No refunds will be given.
3.) Staff Furni(if any) is for staff and not to be sold or given away if you do this and are caught you will loose your badge.
- 2 days first offence.
- 1 week second offence.
- Demoted to Vip Or Norm and Total Loss of Staff Possion.
Moderating the Hotel
1.) Staff Harassment (If you are being harassed or abused this includes: Cyber bullying,Sexual Contact,Tolling or Rasisum)
- Give 1 official Warnings (take screen-shots as well) that if they continue, you will ban.
- 2nd time - Give them a 24 hour user ban
- If it continues, notify an admin immediately (with your screen-shots and or hypercam video)
2.) Scamming
- ALL casino's are bet at own risk
- ONLY if they hyper-cam the bet will staff do anything
- Tell them next time, go to trusted dealer.
-If it is another staff member notify an Admin or Owner! If the staff member Bans the user scammed, they will be demoted and
permitlty ip banned on hotel and forum.
3. Sexual Misconduct (including Rape/ Cybering)
-1st Offense - 24 hour user ban - no warning shall be issued
-2nd Offense - 1 week user/IP/Computer ban
-3rd Offense - Issue a permanent IP/Computer ban (remember your screenies)
4. Racism
-1st Offense - 12 hour user ban - no warning shall be issued
-2nd Offense - 1 week user/IP/Computer ban
-3rd Offense - Issue a permanent IP/Computer ban (remember your screen-shots)
5. Advertising Retro - (MAKE SURE it really is another retro)
1 warning and if they do not stop Issue a permanent IP/Computer ban (remember your screen-shots)
6. Advertising Bots
1st Offense - Issue a permanent IP/Computer ban
7.) Account or Password Sharing (Users who give out their password)
- This is not permitted, but the user shouldn't of given it out.
give 3 warnings.
If it is contenues Perm Ban with both ip's of the sharers.
8.) Suspected Hackers or Multiple Accounts
- DO NOT BAN
- If you suspect that an account is hacked or cloned, report it to Admin immediately
9.) Answering Call for Help (CFH)
- Always PICK UP AND GO, or PICK UP AND REPLY
- ONLY the original person who answered the call should close it up with a reply

- NEVER just PICK UP
- NEVER BLOCK! (unless they do it 3 times in a row and ONLY AFTER a warning!)
- Whenever you answer someone's call for help always put your name, so they know who has replied to them and let the person who is dealing with it do it if they need help they will call.
Call for help Warnings should be typed in this manner...
Call For Help (CFH) is for use in case of emergencies only. Examples include other retro advertisers, racial comments, scamming, and sexual misconduct, just to name a few.
CFH is not here for your enjoyment. It is not to be used as a toy or to ask simple questions that you can ask your fellow players or a staff member within the hotel.
Please Note - This will also serve as your official warning for abusing call for help.
Next time you risk being banned. PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS MESSAGE via CFH.
